Al-Sabil Marketplace Limited
Last Updated: December 2025
At Al-Sabil Marketplace, we aim to provide you with a seamless wholesale ordering experience. Please read the following terms and conditions before using our services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Becoming a Customer

  1. To place an order with us, you must be a registered business operating in the food service industry (restaurants, butchers, cafes, catering companies, etc.) within our delivery area in Ireland.
  2. We reserve the right to decline any order or suspend your account at our discretion.
  3. These terms and conditions apply when you place your order.

2 Your Account

  1. You may set up an online account to make ordering easier. You will be provided with login credentials to access your account.
  2. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  3. Ensure that the information you provide is correct and up to date, including delivery addresses for all your branches.
  4. Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.

3 Contract

  1. This website is operated by Al-Sabil Marketplace Limited. Once you place an order, we will send a confirmation email listing the products ordered, price, and delivery details. A legally binding contract arises once we have completed delivery of the goods to you.
  2. If you have entered incorrect details, it is your responsibility to contact us to amend them. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by you.

4 Amending or Cancelling Orders

  1. As we prepare orders promptly for same-week delivery, you have a limited window to amend or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
  2. Cancellations after the cut-off time but before delivery may be charged in full.
  3. If ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you and offer a replacement product, full refund, or credit note.

5 Pricing and Payment

  1. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate.
  2. Delivery charges may apply depending on order value and delivery location.
  3. For credit account customers, payment terms are as agreed. Invoices are due within the agreed credit period.
  4. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with Irish law.

6 Delivery

  1. We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified, typically within the same week of ordering.
  2. As our products are perishable, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If delivery fails due to no one being present, liability for any loss lies with the customer.
  3. If nobody is available, we will attempt to contact you. Failed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.
  4. Our deliveries may be confirmed by photo or signature. We disclaim liability for goods left unattended at your request.
  5. Events outside our control (e.g., severe weather) may delay delivery. We will contact you to rearrange. In such cases, our liability is limited to the price of goods and delivery.

7 Product Quality and Complaints

  1. All our products are 100% certified halal from trusted suppliers. We guarantee the quality of all goods.
  2. You must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with the quality, notify us promptly.
  3. Complaints regarding quality will be reviewed by our team. Please retain the product for inspection. We aim to respond within 1 working day.
  4. As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if goods do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may offer a credit note or replacement at our discretion.

8 Custom Cuts and Portioning

  1. We offer custom cutting and portioning services. Please specify your requirements clearly when ordering.
  2. Due to the nature of meat products, exact weights cannot always be guaranteed. We will endeavour to meet your specifications as closely as possible.

9 Limitation of Liability

  1. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or business losses arising from our supply or failure to supply goods.
  2. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
  3. Some products may contain allergens. It is your responsibility to check product information. Contact us for allergen details.
  4. We are not liable for goods once delivered. It is your responsibility to store perishable goods appropriately upon receipt.
  5. We endeavour to maintain website availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

10 Account Deletion

  1. You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting us.
  2. Order history and records required for accounting and legal purposes will be retained as required by Irish law.

11 General

These terms set out the entire agreement between us. We reserve the right to change our terms at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not accept liability for inaccuracies in product descriptions or images.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
