At Al-Sabil Marketplace, we are committed to delivering premium quality halal meats to your business. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fair resolution for our customers.

Reporting Window

⏱️ 2 Hours

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we operate a 2-hour reporting window from the time of delivery. You must report any issues within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or credit.

This policy applies to quality issues only, not change of mind. As our products are cut and prepared to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for orders you no longer require.

How to Report an Issue

To report an issue, please:

  1. Contact us immediately by phone or email within 2 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and delivery date
  3. Describe the issue clearly
  4. Provide photographic evidence of the issue
  5. Retain the affected product for inspection if requested

Inspection and Verification

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issues, notify our driver immediately or contact us right away.

We may request that you retain the product for collection and inspection by our team. In some cases, we may arrange for a driver to collect the affected items.

Resolution Options

Once we have verified the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

💳 Credit Note

For business account customers, we will issue a credit note to your account. This can be applied to your next order or deducted from your outstanding balance.

🔄 Replacement

Where possible, we will arrange a replacement delivery of the affected items at no additional cost.

💰 Refund

For card payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products and custom preparation, direct exchanges are not possible. If you need different items, please place a new order and we will process a credit or refund for the original items if eligible.

What Is Not Eligible

We cannot offer refunds or credits for:

  • Change of mind or ordering errors on your part
  • Issues reported after the 2-hour reporting window
  • Products that have been used, cooked, or altered
  • Quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Natural weight variations in meat products (within reasonable tolerance)
  • Failed deliveries due to no one being available to accept the order

We take pride in the quality of our products. Every complaint is reviewed by our team, and we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 working day.
