Due to the perishable nature of our products, we operate a 2-hour reporting window from the time of delivery. You must report any issues within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or credit.
This policy applies to quality issues only, not change of mind. As our products are cut and prepared to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for orders you no longer require.

We may request that you retain the product for collection and inspection by our team. In some cases, we may arrange for a driver to collect the affected items.

For business account customers, we will issue a credit note to your account. This can be applied to your next order or deducted from your outstanding balance.
Where possible, we will arrange a replacement delivery of the affected items at no additional cost.
For card payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and custom preparation, direct exchanges are not possible. If you need different items, please place a new order and we will process a credit or refund for the original items if eligible.
